Shipping Information
When will my order ship?
We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of purchase from Monday to Thursday. No
Next Day Air orders will be shipped after 12.00 noon on Thursday. For orders placed on Friday,
Saturday, and Sunday your order will be shipped the next week within two business days.
What is the shipping charge?
We have a partnership with UPS for your package. When checking out, UPS will automatically
calculate the shipping charges. We do not profit on shipping charges. Note: We do not offer
Saturday delivery as an option for UPS shipping.
Do you offer faster shipping methods?
If you live in the Northeastern United States, UPS Ground Service is your cheapest shipment
method. Shipments will usually arrive on the next business day. Choosing UPS Next Day Air® for
destinations in the Northeast will not get your shipment to its destination any quicker. See the
map below for the number of days in transit for UPS Ground shipments. For destinations outside
the Northeast you are able to choose from the options listed below. Postage fees will
automatically be calculated, so you know the shipping charge before submitting the order.

NOTE: For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii only: UPS-Ground shipping is not available. All
shipments to AK and HI must ship by either UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
Do you ship orders outside the United States?
Not at present.
How can I track my order?
We will e-mail you a UPS tracking number. Simply select the following link to UPS and fill in the
tracking number and select the button agreeing to their terms and terms and conditions. Note that
your e-mail tracking number is sent to you only when your order has been picked up at our facility
by UPS.
The map below shows the number of days in transit for the UPS Ground shipment option.
Note that days in transit are business days and do not include Saturday or Sunday.
