all cooked and baked with organic ingredients gathered in most cases from small family-run farms–that was the norm. It has only been in the past 50 years or so that subsidies, intensive agriculture and the drive to maximize production has taken over. Why would you choose to eat processed foods when you have no idea what goes into them? They are engineered and manipulated to such an extent that a lot of the goodness and taste is destroyed. These designer foods can be stuffed with additives and so much salt that they don’t even taste

like real food. We feel that it really doesn't make sense to consume cheap foods that contains pesticide residues instead of eating clean and natural foods.
We believe the tide is changing and feel compelled to do our small part to give people an alternative–Pure and Simple!
Our signature product that has proven a top seller is our award-winning biscotti available in 9 flavors; our newest original flavor is our Organic Whole Wheat Pumpkin Raisin Biscotti. To our knowledge there is nothing on the market like it. Unlike other hard, dry biscotti our biscotti are softer and more tasteful, even though they have an equally long shelf life of 1 year. We have developed just the right mix of ingredients and baking time to accomplish this. Our biscotti are different than anything currently being sold.
We developed our all-natural Linzer Cookies and Ladyfingers by request of Whole Foods Markets. Our linzers are available in a variety of sizes from wrapped singles to mini bulk and chocolate dipped mini linzers in containers. They are made with butter and real raspberry jam. We have been manufacturing them for over 5 years and they are a staple at coffee shops, gourmet stores and markets.
Other products that we have just introduced are our Organic Whole Wheat Cookies in 7 delicious flavors: English Toffee, Spiced Chai, Jamaican Ginger, Caramel Apple, Curry-Coconut, Chocolate-Chili and Oatmeal Carrot Raisin. All of these cookies are made with Organic Whole Wheat flour and other organic and all-natural ingredients. They are melt-in-your- mouth delicious and prove that organic can be delicious!
We also have introduced a new line of Sassy Savory Snacks available in 3 flavors: Mediterranean/Italian Herb, Chipotle Chili, and Curry-Onion. These zesty bites are full of flavor and low in calories and are baked, not fried, to perfection. Good on their own or with dips or cheeses. They also are certified vegan by the Vegan Action Commission. We are in the process of getting our Sassy Savory Snacks USDA Certified.
Because of the taste and high quality of our biscotti and cookies, we have been selling to major customers such as Whole Foods Markets in the North Atlantic, North East, and South for over 5 years. Our most notable customer is HARPO STUDIO in Chicago, where our biscotti and cookies are served in Oprah’s Green Room and to her show guests.
We have been incorporated since 1998 and we are proud to say that we have never lost a customer. We believe our success is due to both our products and to our relationship with our customers!
