Our Sassy Savory Organic Snacks are Vegan certified and are BAKED, not fried, so they are healthier than
most snacks. These delicious crackers come in the following three flavors: Mediterranean Herb, Chipotle Chili,

Our Ladyfingers (Lady Fingers, Savoy biscuits or Savoiardi) are made without any preservatives and are
available in a vanilla flavor. These sponge cake biscuits are soft and come in a container which can be lined
with the Ladyfingers and used to make a dessert such as Tiramisu or Charlotte Russe. A small booklet with a
recipe is included with the container.

We bake an organic line of multi-grain whole wheat cookies, savory crackers and a Kids' Cup of Oatmeal
Carrot-Raisin and Gingerbread Cookies as well as an organic pumpkin biscotti. We have now obtained our
USDA Organic Certification. This certification enables us to exhibit the USDA Organic Logo on our products. It
requires that we use USDA certified organic ingredients and that we keep a strict audit trail of our organic
baked goods and maintain strict organic practices in our production process. Organic practices means that we
do not use antibiotics, added growth hormones, dangerous pesticides, irradiation or genetically modified
organisms.
We are inspected annually by the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, who are one of
fifty five accredited certification agencies for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
